For insurance advisors in India

Stop typing out
policy schedules.

Drop in the PDF the insurer sent. InsureIQ reads the whole schedule and shows you what it found before a single field is saved.

  • Unlimited reads on your own machine
  • Ask it out loud
  • Six lines of business

Client data is encrypted field by field, and the model that reads your policies runs on hardware you control. Nothing is sent to a third-party AI service.

The actual job

A schedule carries around a hundred fields. Most advisors keep six of them in a spreadsheet and the rest in the PDF, which means the answer to “is this family under-insured?” lives in a folder nobody opens between renewals.

InsureIQ keeps the whole schedule, not a summary of it. That is what makes a renewal list trustworthy, a cross-sell gap visible, and a client question answerable without hunting for the original document.

Every line, with the fields that line actually has

Not one generic policy form with everything greyed out. A motor policy asks for IDV and NCB; a health floater asks for room rent and co-pay.

  • Motor

IDV, NCB, own damage and third party

  • Health

Floater or individual, room rent, co-pay

  • Life

    Term, endowment, ULIP, money back

  • Travel

    Trip dates, geography, medical limit

  • Personal accident

    Capital sum, weekly benefit

  • Property

    Risk locations, perils, sum insured

Coverage

There is no list of supported insurers

Nothing here plugs into an insurer's system, so nothing has to be whitelisted. It reads the schedule the way you do — the PDF, the scan, the photograph someone sent on WhatsApp — which means a policy from an insurer we have never seen works the same as one we have.

Every insurer on the IRDAI register comes preloaded, across life, general, standalone health and the specialised ones, so the name is already there when you start typing.

The part nobody else offers

Read as many as you like, on your own machine

Every product that reads documents charges you per read, because every one of them is paying a cloud model to do it. Turn on Use this computer's AI and the reading happens on your laptop instead — so it does not touch your allowance, however many you put through.

A five-year backlog is the case this was built for. Point it at the folder, leave it running, and come back to a book that is already in.

Unmetered

Reads on your own machine are recorded so you can see them, and never counted against the plan.

Nothing leaves the building

The schedule is read where it sits. No cloud model provider ever receives a client document.

Same reader either way

Identical text extraction, page selection and OCR. Only the machine running the model changes.

One switch

Settings, Integrations, on. Off again whenever you want the server to take it back.

Ask, out loud if you like

The book answers back

Ask a question the way you would ask a junior — “whose health cover expires this month”, “pull up Sharma's motor policy”, “how much premium did we collect in July” — and get the answer plus the screen it came from. Hold the mic and ask by voice; it reads the answer back.

It only ever sees what you are allowed to see. An agent asking about the firm's total gets their own numbers, because the same scoping that guards every screen guards the answer.

AssistantRuns on your own AI server

Whose health cover expires this month?

Four health policies expire before 31 August. Meera Iyer and Rakesh Nair are floaters; the other two are individual. Meera's is the largest at ₹10,00,000 sum insured.

Hold to ask by voice

Renewals

See the week six policies lapse at once

Every policy in the book carries its own expiry, so the renewal list is the whole book rather than whatever made it into a reminder. The app nudges ahead of the date, once per policy, and stops as soon as it is renewed.

LIC premium dues sit on the same footing — quarterly, half-yearly and annual modes, marked paid as they come in.

Households

You sell to a family, not to a row in a list

Group clients into a household and the gaps show themselves: the son with a car and no health cover, the parent whose term plan lapsed two years ago. It is the same data you already hold, arranged the way you actually think about it.

Agents see only the clients assigned to them. The owner sees the firm.

Why this is safe to put your book in

Specifics, not a padlock icon

Every field encrypted, not just the disk
Names, mobiles, PAN, premiums and sum insured are each sealed with their own key. A stolen database file is ciphertext, not a customer list.
The AI runs on your hardware
Policy documents go to a model on your own server, or the advisor’s own machine. No OpenAI, no Anthropic, no third party sees a client’s schedule.
Search without decrypting
Encrypted fields stay searchable through blind indexes, so nothing has to be laid open in plaintext just to find a client by mobile number.
A second factor, always
Not an option buried in settings. Sign-in asks for a code every time on a new device, by authenticator app or email.
Agents see their own clients
Scoping is enforced at the query, not hidden in the interface. An agent cannot reach another agent’s household by guessing a link.
Every change is recorded
Who changed what, when, and from where — including the before and after, encrypted. Deleted a nominee by accident? There is a record of it.
